Services

The primary purpose for which Quartux processes your personal data is to provide the services derived from any service agreement you enter into with Quartux; any service related to the use of energy storage systems, applications, software, websites, and functionalities of your terminal equipment and/or any other services you voluntarily decide to acquire (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”).

For the provision of our Services and to comply with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, Quartux must process the following personal data:

Quartux may process identification and contact data of third parties when you provide such information so that those third parties may be contacted as personal references for collection purposes and/or for conducting investigations and periodic monitoring of your credit history, as well as for validating the information you provide. By providing this information, you acknowledge that you have informed such third parties about the use of their data and have obtained their prior consent for Quartux to process it for the purposes described above.

Quartux may obtain identification and authentication data of third parties authorized by the data subject to carry out various procedures related to the Services on their behalf. Such data will be retained for potential future acquisition of Services.

Quartux does not directly collect information from minors. If necessary, such information must be provided by a parent, guardian, and/or person with parental authority. If Quartux identifies that a minor has provided personal information without the consent of the person exercising parental authority, Quartux will proceed to delete such information.

Means and Procedure to Exercise ARCO Rights and/or Revoke Consent

Your request must be submitted through the Unified Form for the Exercise of ARCO Rights, Revocation of Consent, and/or Limitation of Use or Disclosure of Personal Data (the “Form”), available on the website https://quartux.com/política-de-privacidad. The Form contains all required elements to process your request in accordance with applicable regulations.

If the information provided in the Form is incorrect or insufficient, or if the required supporting documents are not attached, Quartux’s Personal Data Department may request additional information within five (5) business days of receipt. You will have ten (10) business days to respond. Failure to respond within this period will result in the request being deemed not submitted.

Limitation of Use or Disclosure of Personal Data

You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by submitting a request to Quartux’s Personal Data Department at ventas@quartux.com. Identity verification requirements and procedures will follow the same criteria described above.
